At USUE, 200 people checked their economic literacy. These are high school students of 9-11 grades, students of colleges and universities, and just residents of Yekaterinburg.

Director of the USUE School of Service and Hospitality Yana Starovoitova had passed competitive selection and participated in the Milan exhibition of hospitality «Host Milano».

The Division of Interaction with Employers and HR Development at the USUE Human Resources Department held an annual «Test Drive: Employer — School — Youth». The event is designed to improve the quality of interaction between universities, employers and young professionals.

A USUE Student Konstantin Kislitsyn took first place in the individual and team competitions in table tennis. October 23, the Department of Commerce, Logistics and Trade Economics organized and held a student conference on "Development of Franchising in Russia." October 16, a group of USUE students (EkiP-17) visited the plant of soft drinks Coca - Cola HBC Russia in the framework of educational and scientific project "We Learn Economic Activities”. The tour consisted of three stages.

Today, at USUE, the first diplomas on completion of postgraduate courses and confer of "Researcher“ qualification. Despite the fact that the postgraduate school does not provide for the division into the "red" and "blue" diplomas (with honors and without honors) it is worth noting that all graduates completed the courses with the highest grades. This year, all over the country young scientists were trained at postgraduate school under the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES) programs.
