Today, manufacturers of dairy products provide consumers with a huge assortment of yogurt. Laboratory tests allow us to find out which one of them is the healthiest and natural, and, most importantly, is of the best quality.

April 5, at the United Museum of Ural Writers a cooperation agreement was signed between USUE and the Museum. The document will allow for the realization of common tasks of the parties: promotion of patriotism and raising the educational level of young people.

The USUE delegation visited the city of Stuttgart (Germany) in order to become acquainted with training practices used at master’s courses of the Steinbeis University.

USUE   Rector Yakov Silin attended the international workshop “Climatic Risks of Economic Growth”, which took place on March 19 at the House of Economist.

In March, employees of the USUE research laboratory carried out research at the request of a fourth-year student of the Institute of Trade, Food Technologies and Service Elizaveta Tyshchenko. The results were included in the scientific paper, which she will report at the X Eurasian Economic Youth Forum.
