June 14, 2018, USUE rector Yakov Silin took part in the conference "Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of a Man and Citizen: Regulation and Protection."
The function was held by the acting Yekaterinburg mayor, the chairman of the Yekaterinburg City Duma Viktor Testov, first deputy head of the Yekaterinburg City Administration Alexei Kozhemyako, and a member of the Federation Council from the Sverdlovsk region Arkady Chernetsky.
The registration for the all-Russia contest "VOLUNTEER OF RUSSIA – 2018” has started. The best projects will receive grants of up to 1 million rubles for development.
May 16, 2018, at a meeting of the Presidium of the Free Economic Society of Russia, the members of the VEO Presidium unanimously decided to include Yakov Petrovich Silin, USUE rector, a member of the VEO Presidium, the President of the Ural Branch of the VEO of Russia, to the Editorial Board of the scientific publication "Scientific Works of the Free Economic Society of Russia".
