Ural State University of Economics was visited by the Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Yekaterinburg Nurlan Alymbekov. The meeting was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the national writer Chingiz Aitmatov.

A delegation of Ural State University of Economics headed by its Vice-Rector for Social Work Roman Krasnov visited the Embassy of Iraq in the Russian Federation to hold talks with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iraq to the Russian Federation Mr. Haidar Mansour Hadi.

May 12, third-year students majoring in Land Management and Cadastres, with equipment and technical aids, went on an off-site lesson in "Engineering Arrangement of a Territory". The Department of Regional and Municipal Economics and Management annually provides students with an opportunity to prove their knowledge in practice.
